Striking the proper tone in the live-action portion of this spot was a real challenge - as was getting the visual effects to feel truly integrated. The former was solved with some lucky, pitch-perfect casting. The latter, through the use of an LED ball, puppeted off-screen by a crew member that cast the practical light from the spells onto the actor's body and face. Spot produced by The Ant Farm.
